What's All That Noise???

The Children’s Museum was pretty quiet for awhile, but now the sounds of construction can be heard throughout the building. We started the renovation process in Fall 2007 and have completed the interior demolition of the building.  Now that construction is underway, it will take approximately twelve months to bring The Children's Museum to life.  Our tentative opening date is July 2009!

The Children's Museum will be home to eighteen permanent indoor exhibits, traveling exhibits from other children's museums across the country, outdoor garden elements, an interactive art courtyard, a performance space, and many other programs.
